Interactive Ownership Map
BCPL-Owned Lands
BCPL is in the process of reshaping its school trust land portfolio into a more productive, efficient, and condensed land base within our consolidation zone in Northeastern Wisconsin. School Trust Lands lying outside of the consolidation zone and isolated unproductive parcels within the consolidation zone are generally targeted for sale to the public or other government entities.
If you are interested in purchasing any particular parcel, please contact us with your questions.
On the other hand, we are obligated by state law to invest any school trust land sale proceeds in other timberland if it meets certain criteria. If you are interested in selling productive timberland within our consolidation zone, please contact us to find out if it meets our criteria and whether we are interested in pursuing the purchase of such property.
All BCPL owned land is opened for
open to the public for hunting, fishing, trapping, berry picking and hiking. Be sure to view our important
access disclaimer
before accessing BCPL land.

More About This Map
The initial view of the map shows the BCPL consolidation zone in Northern Wisconsin. A base map with different colors for large natural areas and bodies of water fills the display. The further the display zooms in, the more details show up on the base map as it covers a smaller and smaller area. Red shapes with black outlines overlaying the base map indicate properties owned by BCPL.
Clicking or tapping on a location highlights a property on the map in cyan, or light blue. It also pops up an information box overlaying the map. Using the mouse or tab, space, and arrow keys, information about selected properties can be selected and displayed. Paging through different selection results also changes the highlighted area on the map to reflect the property that is selected in the box. The information in the pop up corresponds to the selected location displayed on the map.
A small arrow is visible on the left border of the map. Activating that arrow slides out a panel with more details about the map.
