Since its inception, the BCPL State Trust Fund Loan Program has financed projects in every county in the state. Most importantly, the interest paid returns to every Wisconsin community in the form of public school library aid.

• Coon Valley - This small village in Southwestern Wisconsin has borrowed money from the State Trust Fund Loan Program for a multitude of projects - from village office renovations and road reconstruction to purchasing a backhoe and computers.
  
• LaCrosse - The city of LaCrosse has revitalized its downtown over the years.
  
• Oshkosh - The Oshkosh School District invested in energy and water conservation projects.
  
• West Allis - The city of West Allis redeveloped a blighted industrial property into an office, retail and residential complex.
